certainly. what do you want to know?
You mean Bendrew, or anybody here?
No.
From the guidelines:
”Of course, we also remove the obvious stuff:
* Illegal content
* Spam, or anything that smells like it
* Pornography, obscenity or obviously NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content. R-Rated is okay as long as it’s not on the front page and you mark it as NSFW)”
@Allie Asking how to do something illegal isn’t the same as something that is illegal.
The op’s asking for words, not CP.
Send me a private comment. I’m good with illegal stuff.
I want to know what you want to ask you’ve got me curious now :)
Asking this question is illegal.
If you’re going to ask how to get rid of a body, that question’s already been answered. unfortunately, I can’t find it.
@Sarcasm The difference between a friend and best friend is a friend will help you move. A best friend will help you move a body.
I think it depends on what the question is. I do get fuzzy with the details…I know we have had discussions on pot smoking and who has done it, but since it’s illegal, then I’m not sure why we’re allowed to discuss it. Maybe because no one is encouraging it, or assisting in an illegal activity?
I’m very curious about the illegal something you have a question about, or was this hypothetical?
I was gonna ask where i could download fonts that aren’t free for free. like a torrent site or something like that. A site specifically for that purpose is what i’m hoping for
It’s quite simple really. Just

[mod says] That would definitely be removed.
You can ask anybody anything. Whether they answer or give you an answer that you like is an entirely different thing. I do lots of things that are illegal in some places and quite legal in others and there is nothing to stop me talking about it.
If you ask me, the guidelines are too vague.
If I ask how to get rid of a body or rob a bank, it’ll get by just fine. If I ask how to use bittorrent to download movies, it will be removed.
@jaketheripper, you do know about the Fluther ties to the CIA, don’t you?
PM me for my number…. Ill let you know how to do anything you want…. And no, Im not kidding in the least…
FLuther has ties with CIA?!
Fluther IS the CIA (in disguise).
Sure. Just mention that you’re a crime author conducting important research.
Why would you want to do something illegal? Just wait till they’re eighteen for crying out loud.
How about, “how do you build a bomb?” Or, “can you link me to a site with bomb building instructions?” Or, “does anyone know how to crack this code?” Or, “what’s a good warez site?”
I think freedom of speech allows us to discuss these things, but since fluther is a private site, they are allowed to remove any content they want to.
Theoretical discussions about illegal activities happen on here all the time.
The guideline about Illegal content is – in my opinion – not intended to squash that kind of discussion. It’s to prevent Fluther from being used to aid and assist in the illegal distribution of electronic content… like copyrighted movies, music, art, software and yes, fonts.
So… if you want to discuss the concepts, pros & cons, repurcussions, whatever of any given illegal act, I think that will end up being allowed. Certainly has before. But requesting pointers on exactly which warez channel to go and get yourself some pirated media will be squashed.
If the discussion contains what amounts to a url/pointer directly to illegal media (or reasonable facsimile thereof), then the mods will (and should) take it down.
Not him. The ones he wants to do. ;)
@Saturated_Brain lol. well hopefully thats me. I’m his gf. O and I’m over 18 too.
Is it just me or did a huge-ass “oh crap what did I just say” moment just take place?
@mramsey
wait until you are both 20 and married, just to be on the legal safe side
