Do you have a photo of a classic birthday cake?

I need a photo of a basic classic birthday cake, preferably a layer cake (and preferably with chocolate frosting), complete with candles, looking pretty much like this:

I’ve been searching Google images and looking at all kinds of variants—cakes shaped to look like noncake things, decorated cakes without candles, cakes with weird complicated designs—but I just want a picture of a simple cake, maybe with “Happy Birthday” on top and maybe just in silhouette showing the candles. Do you have such a thing in your album that you could post for me? Much obliged.

I would highly recommend using Flickr’s photo search.
You can even filter by images available for reuse (Creative Commons licenses).
Ah, me. People take photos of their special and unusual cakes. None of them is a simple frosted layer cake with candles. <still searching>
@gailcalled, your link doesn’t work.
??
I thought Sandy got it
I found this and this on the Getty Images site. I think a one-time use for a civilian, so to speak, is $5. I typed “chocolate birthday cake” in the search box and selected “no people” on the left where you can refine the search.
There we go
It says happy b-day for the visually impaired
Sandy’s is close, and I saved the picture. JLeslie’s too. But I think Gail’s second one nailed it. A little cockeyed, but that makes it look as homemade as mine would be.
This is to send a greeting to someone by cellphone, so it really had to be distinct and easily recognizable. I thought I might have to bake one myself and take a picture of it!
Thanks, @aprilsimnel, but I’m not paying for use. Those images are denied to me.
Ha ha, @teh_kvlt_liberal, very good—but you don’t offer someone a cake that’s already cut!
@teh_kvlt_liberal: You’re right but I had to refresh both links in order to open them.
@Jeruba: That cake is a lot more upright than mine usually are.
@Jeruba – No worries. Wasn’t sure what you were doing. :) I’m surprised you can’t open the links. :/ They’re basic chocolate cakes, but they’re not homemade-looking. They’re “glamour shots” of ordinary frosted cakes with candles.
@teh_kvlt_liberal – Hee!
My son is going to be on the road on his birthday and not anyplace where he can receive a card or package or anything. I want to text him a message along with a picture of a very recognizable generic birthday cake with candles that will show up on a little cellphone screen. I’ll do the real baking when he gets home.
Can it be an illustration? I saw several that were very nice.
@JLeslie, well, now that you know what it’s for, an illustration that is very clear and distinct without being cartoonish would do fine. I was wondering if I was going to have to draw it myself. Of course, not with the same artistry that we’re seeing from @teh_kvlt_liberal…
@markyy, great! Thanks! All I am going to do is crop and reduce to try it out for size and see how it works as a very small image, and then I am going to transmit it from my computer using my Verizon account. I have sent text messages this way before, and I think I can send screen images too. If not, I will take a picture of my computer screen using my cellphone (done this before too!) and send the image that way. So I need plenty of contrast and a very distinct outline.
Good that you are happy with Markyy’s because when I went back to illustarions they seemed to be more appropriate for females.
I’m going to try out several of these and see how they work small. Gail’s too. Thanks, helpful people! Happy birthday.
@markyy, save us a slice. (No, he’s turning 26.)
Awwwww, sorry I missed this one, I have a perfect one. I use it to send to all my friends on their birthdays. It has been the e mail cake for years, it’s probably pretty stale by now, but it still looks good! PM me if you are still in need.
Happy Birthday to the kid.
