If you live a holy life for eighty years and do everything you can for everyone that you meet then die. Do you go to the same heaven that a death row criminal goes to if he accepts Christ at the last minute?

There are multiple levels of hell, aren’t there? I’d think it’d be logical for there to be multiple levels of heaven too.
assuming that the two exist at all
I’d first need to establish the existence of heaven before I tried to figure out its structure. Man and religion are always trying to define precise things about what happens after we die, but the fact is we don’t know. Can’t prove it exists, can’t prove it doesn’t. I do believe in karma, so for me, I just have to have faith that in the end, the outcomes will be just. Or maybe, we’ll all just be dead when we die.
Evelyns’ bosom is the only heaven I recognize.
My Western, Platonized version of Christianity tells me that in heaven I’ll be perfectly content. I, being the sort of person who constantly likes to rail against a status quo and an upper class, needs there to be someone above me to blame for everything in order to be happy. Therefore, there are multiple levels in heaven.
ya and the further you go the harder they get. If you are a really good person you get to go to the boss level. It’s you vs. God. He shoots lightning at you, but you have to get behind him and jump on his head. Do that three times and he’ll die. Then you get to be God
I think, that if there is a heaven, everybody will go there no matter what. In an afterlife, life does not matter. It’s not a reward or punishment. Just not life.
But then again, if there is a god, he is not of a human mind, and therefore nothing we can think of would describe this god, nothing we could comprehend would give us an understanding of said god’s will and reasoning. If we cannot explain the universe thoroughly and fully, how is anyone presumptuous enough to believe he/she knows who god is or what it’s wishes are.
An exact and thorough answer to this question would be…
Maybe.
I don’t know why I do, but I believe there are different levels. Not necessarily better or worse, just places that are more or less fitting for different people.
yes
there is the
1. troposphere
2. stratosphere
3. mesosphere
4. thermosphere
5. exosphere
Some interpret 2 Corinthians 12:2 that way.
I don’t believe there is a heaven, at least not in the classical religious sense. Humanity is typified by modifying the environment to suit themselves. Each person will modify their environment during their lives, and hopefully some will come close to achieving their idea of ‘heaven’. They will probably be the sole inhabitants, although they may share it with a very few other people who happen to share the same ideals.
However if you are referring to heaven in the religious sense then it depends on which mythology you subscribe to. None of them exist, but research into the sacred texts of different religions will give you different concepts of heaven. Some may have levels, and others may not.
Yes there are.
You could be buried in the ground. Or put into a mausoleum above ground.
Or even higher would be having your ashes tossed across a mountain.
Surely there must be a level of heaven where there is beer!
Well, that is a given!
Praise Jesus!
from lowest to highest:
humans
dogs
other miscellaneous animals
cats
Heaven does not exsist. At the very least some afterlife of positive or negative energy or something we havent learned of yet scientificly but no… no jesus.. no heaven. and Please don’t send your money to TBN. Maybe different levels of existence but I need the evidence.
