What is your opinion on the 3.1 iPod Touch upgrade?

I really don’t like it. It makes my iPod slower than normal. Now it takes more than two minutes to turn on completely.

They also removed the “double-click music pop-up” window feature. Which was very useful.

I heard there was a new upgrade that was going to come out, I was wondering if I should degrade the version I have now and wait for it.

What are your experiences if you have 3.1 as well?

I’m guessing that the iPod Touch and iPhone 3.1 updates are very similar so maybe you’ll gain a bit of knowledge from this eWeek article.
So as @PretentiousArtist mentioned, patience is a virtue. Apple knows that something’s up and they’re working on it.
