Best open source distributed voice conferencing systems?

Group of librarians trying to communicate by voice over a wide regional area using Internet connections.

There is Mumble, with the server Murmur. It’s not bad at all. #

Skype is good for 1-on-1 calls, not sure if it supports voice conferencing. would have to check..

[edit]—-apparently it does 5 people max though.

Yes, and Ventrilo has a cap too, if you don’t use the 2.1.4 version. I don’t know about the number of users in Teamspeak, but Mumble doesn’t have a cap and is totally open source.
