What do you mean by Patriotism?

As per Wikipedia, Patriotism is love of and/or devotion to one’s country. How can you define patriotism who change his citizenship but still loves his original country.

I think it’s still called patriotism. Does it specify that it has to be the country of residence? Or country of citizenship? Not really.
