In the last 48 hours there has been an influx of great minds checking Fluther out.
I am having trouble keeping up with the welcomes and so here I stand to say “WELCOME NEW FLUTHERITES!”

Welcome everyone and have a fine Fluther day. Please wipe your feet before you enter the Jelly Menagerie. Everywhere you look, there is a horse of a different color, a zebra of a different stripe, 6 of one and half dozen of another, and enough intellectual fodder to keep even the most hyper Einsteins juiced up for days on end. Lots of surprises but nothing dangerous! And above all, have fun, meet lots of great people, and participate on a regular basis.

Welcome everyone! I just realized i never welcomed @XOIIO to the fray), I hope most of you will stick aroud and not only contribute but become a part of our community. This place can be a little off-putting at first, especially if you don’t grasp the dynamic of interaction among other more “seasoned” jellies… But this place becomes a second home (a first to many actually) and the people here will become a part of your lives. If you are lucky you’ll become friends with some amazing and incredibly interesting people like the lovely and talented (Sexy artist lady) @Dog , the fantastic loving mother and story teller @jonsblond , Our resident Monkey-pimp and bullshit sniper @eponymoushipster… the wise and patient @Bluefreedom and yours truly (resident philosopher warrior and medicine man).
A lot of us have come to know eachother through the site in a lot of ways… we were even witness to a mariage proposal/post wedding celebration… not to mention a slew of meme’s that have come to be an integral part of the fluther lexicon.
So come on in… the water’s fine. Stick around for a while.. you might just like it!
