What is next evolution of ecommerce?

Ecommerce started from dot com era to social commerce. Now we see additions of recommendation engine, reviews etc. What you think next big thing in ecommerce

I foresee a rise in grocery sales online. Maybe even buying cars and homes online can you already do this in some form?

There will definitely be a huge rise in purchases online versus in-store. Eventually we may not have to leave home to buy anything, talk about laziness!
