What time do you usually go to bed whether on workdays or weekends?

I’d like to know what time do you usually go to bed since I have trouble going to bed on time like normal people. So just mention what time do you go to bed on both workdays and weekends.

There is no ‘on time’, unless your parents set your bedtime. Of course it depends on when you have to get up. I figured out I need 7 hours, and have to get up at 6, so I got to bed at around 11 o’clock. Clickety for more sleep related questions.
Anything from midnight to 5 am , these last few days i have staying up playing until very late / early . Only cause its when the game is open to play :)
I go to bed when i want , i very rarely get tired .
Totally varies. Last night was 8PM. Tonight is going to be about 7AM. I love naps and don’t have a real job so my schedule fluctuates. I was asleep at 5PM today.
Usually around 1–3am. I rarely go to sleep earlier than that even if I have to get up earlier. I usually spend my time after midnight in my room on a laptop with the lights off until I feel sleepy (no I am not a goth/emo, the darkness just speeds up the process :p)
I have to be at work around 8:30 am and get home from work around 9ish most nights. By the time I get something light to eat, do a few chores, it’s usually midnight before I get to bed. I get up around 6, check my e-mail, do a few chores, get ready for work. On Friday night, I tend to go to sleep around 9:30 or 10 and get up at 6:30 on Saturday, do chores, run errands, take an afternoon nap, go out around 7 ish. On Sunday, I go out to breakfast at 9, take a morning class, come home and start laundry, read, go to the grocery, cook for the week, finish the laundry.
I stay pretty consistent with the time I get up in the morning. I don’t get enough sleep and I pay for it with a sluggish metabolism. Sleep deprivation causes you to gain weight.
I used to be up until 1 to 2AM and up between 7 and 8AM.
Now that my daughter’s in school (I drive her every day), I go to bed between 9 and 10PM and am up at 6AM.
I also use the same schedule on weekends because I work weekends.
On average, 3. I have a noisy brain.
During the week (when I have school), usually around 1 AM or so. On the weekend…well, as late as I can (3AM or later). I lurve staying up late…and sleeping in.
I usually go to bed between 10pm and midnight regardless of whether it is a weekday or weekend.
On worknights, I go to bed between 10:30–11:00, get up around 7. On weekends I go to bed around 11p.m. -12 a.m. and get up between 7:30 and 8:30. I’m an insomniac so I often don’t get to sleep as well as I would like.
I weekdays I turn out the lights at approximately 10:45, and on weekends….anywhere from 10:45 to 12:45.
Weekdays- I go to sleep at 11–12pm and wake up at about 6am.
Weekends- I go to sleep at different times. Almost past 1am, like yesterday. And no matter what time I got to sleep I always wake up at 6am, that makes me mad because I don’t sleep-in.
my “normal” time is 3–4am, though in the last year this was around 12, sometimes even earlier. But I almost never had a morning job, I have worked either afternoons or evenings my whole life. These days I sleep from around 1–9am
Weekends are not different from weekdays as the kids set the schedule by waking up – so we try our hardest to go to sleep after we feed the youngest at around 11: 30 pm – but then it usually ends that we have sex for an hour or so and whatever else – so we do end up in bed by 1 and wake up around 630 am
i work til 3 am and usually fall asleep by 5. on weekends i still can’t fall asleep before 3 or so, unfortunately.
For the longest time I would go to bed never earlier than 2am.
But now I’m in suburbia and whether I like it or not, people are out shouting at their kids to get in the car, or out walking their dogs talking to people loudly on the phone, or whacking weeds by 8am.
So I generally go to bed around midnight, give or take 30 minutes. Weekend or Weeknight.
Weekdays in bed around 9, up around 5am.
Weekends in bed around 10, unless I napped, then up till 1 am. I wake up around 6am.
Around 10 to 11 p.m. both on weekdays and weekends. I like to get up early, I do around 6 a.m.; I sleep for about 7/8 hours, so I have to go to bed early.
But, I never lose a chance of a nap during day, especially on weekends in the afternoon.
Usually between 11.00 pm & 12.00 am maybe 12.30 am! :-/
