What is the best Shanghainese restaurant in the SF Bay Area?

I’m looking for suggestions on what is the best Shanghainese restaurant in the SF Bay Area. SF, Peninsula/SouthBay, East Bay locations are all fair game.

Have you checked Zagat? Shanghai 1930 Restaurant is supposed to be good. Search on Google Maps for more.
