Okay, so I ate some beef jerky. Apparently, my dad neglected to tell me that it was peppered jerky, even though he knows my mouth is really sensitive to spicy things. Now my mouth is one fire, and it’s burning up. I know drinking milk is supposed to help, and that’s what I’m doing now, but does anyone know some other remedies?

You could add some time to your milk.
Bread will help absorb any of the oils still on the surface of your mucous membranes. There’s nothing you can do about what’s already been absorbed but ride it out.
Thanks, @syz. It just hurts really bad. ):
Sucking on some ice may help with the pain.
Thanks again, @syz, that’s helping the pain as well. (:
Try a banana, frozen is good, or rice. Bread, lettuce, ice are all good.
yeah bread or any base should do the trick
