I'm curious as to what other creatives are charging for basic Flash banners?

I design some great Flash banners and was wondering what other designers were charging for similar work on an Hourly basis?

I pay about 30 per hour for it.

Some of it depends on the job. If it can get done in a few hours I pay more. If it will take 20 hours I will pay less.

Well i looked around and for what I can tell for my skill set 80 per hour would be the minimum. I’m charging 75 so I’m not that far off.
