No, I asked, was there a phone that has apps like the iphone. I didn’t say anything about “is there a touch screen phone better than the iphone”.
@tandra88 try reading the thread and tell me if my previous statement was unjust.
@tandra88 Yes, .... in my experience the Verizon Blackberry Storm (9530) is especially relevant because of it’s superior enterprise server (BES) which permits me to be fully sync’d with our clinic’s MS Office Outlook email, contacts, calendar, ...... web browsers, and many applications…... I would probably also have liked to get the iPhone but their enterprise server do NOT meet our IS ( and many other companies’ IS standards) standards for security….... also Verizon connectivity is sound and prolific , geographically.
All of the major smartphone OS’s have apps: Blackberry, Nokia’s Symbian, Google’s Android, Windows Mobile and Palm OS. Not all of them have app stores, but they all have apps.
The palm pre has something simmilar, and so does the gphone. Look at the wired podcasts.
Blackberry and Android both have App stores. And most Android phones are much better than an iPhone software and possibly hardware wise.
It’s only the iPod Touch and iPhone. Otherwise, the other phones have games and stuff.
