First up, are you male or female?
There’s many how to videos on the internet. But in all seriousness, there is no definitive way to masturbate. Do what feels good to you. Explore and try new things that you like. I’m sure you’ll find something.
Fundamentally, it’s a matter of getting to know yourself better, and doing some unembarrassed exploration. Kudos for asing the question in the first place. As a mild, nonthreatening beginning, you might consider looking through something like Our Bodies, Our Selves
Different women get aroused differently. Start by petting yourself and experiment.
Here too is a thread on Fluther about other girls’ answers to basically this question.
its hard to explain w/o being to graphic. Because its definitly something that you have to describe in deep detail to get it right. Are you a virgin?
Just start rubbing and do what feels good.
@LuhvKiller yes….. i think i want to stay that way for a bit…
Find a time when you can be alone, are comfortable, and in no danger of interruption. Lie on your bed, and think about something that turns you on. As you do so, just explore your body with one or both of your hands, see what feels good to you. Most women stimulate their clitoris, you can do this by hand or with a vibrator, you can hump something, there are different methods. Whatever works. :) Start gently at first, it should feel good.. then just experiment until you get there. Oh, and lubrication of some sort will reduce friction and irritated skin on the clitoris. Most women find it more pleasant, though I know a girl that likes it without.
You’re just going to have to try different things until you find a combination that works, like everyone here has said. What may feel good to one, may not to someone else. No one knows your body like you do.
…You guys do know that masturbation can lead to an infection or an sti.
BUT…what do I know? I’m not in high school yet. :P
@pastel, what’s your source on that tidbit?
@pastel It actually help me get over those things…
yea….. i hear masturbation leads to hairy palms and blindness too~
Two words: Magic Wand.
@pastel is incorrect to say that masturbation can cause STD’s, it cannot. As indicated by the name “sexually transmitted disease”, these can only be caught by having sexual intercourse. Playing with toys can however, lead to infections if the toys are not kept clean. Wash the wand with soap and water, maybe some rubbing alcohol, or some toy cleaner.
Find yourself a quiet place where you will not be disturbed, start to experiment, and slowly you will begin to learn what you like and dislike.
@books; Ignore pastel, who is being silly about a very important activity. Listen to everyone else.
And @uberbatman is using the tilde (which I can’t seem to find) to indicate that he is joking and pointing out how ridiculous pastel is being.
@eponymoushipster That’s why I sent 10,000 copies of your avatar photograph to the local women’s prison, and they all say Thank You.
@evelyns_pet_zebra: So it is, just above the accent aigu, which I use willy-nilly. VoilĂ ~ and thanks.
Cucumber, bottle of corn oil.
Or Canola oil, it has a high burn point, meaning it doesn’t start smoking until it reaches 238°Celsius.

@Dawifey: Luckily, we have added a new wing to our Charm School. Registration starts tomorrow AM.
Blast. There goes another tuition.
Avoid “Our Bodies Our Selves” if you dont want your masurbation suggestions surrounded by feminist philosophical bullshit.

When you have that sexual feeling start rubbing or petting ur clit. Read eroticas or watch porn.
If you don’t stop it, you’ll go blind.
Buy some adult toys. There are some toys available now that feel so real, you almost don’t need a partner.
