General Question

A few months ago, I came across some works by an artist who did line drawings. He had a piece which I really liked but now I can't remember the artist's name.

The picture is like this. A long and straight horizontal line drawn across the page has several pictures drawn on/around/below it. Some of the pictures are: a vase on a table top, a bridge that had a train moving along the top, a top-down view from a building as if you are looking down, someone looking up at you and there is a dog or hydrant nearby and a half human half fish.

That’s all I can remember. I want to buy a copy of that picture.

Does anyone know which artist I am talking about? He was well known for using one single line to draw pictures. Mostly black and white.
