Does anyone know if a Samsung t819 can use fave 5 for t-mobile?

Trying to talk my parents into getting me fave 5 so I can talk to people without sucking up minutes, but I don’t know if my phone can do it. It has 5 circles on the back which I think means it can. But does anyone know?
