What is the show Durham County about, and where can I watch full episodes online?

It’s about a cop and a serial killer who are neighbors, and antagonists. It is peculiarly creepy, shot by women who have no intention of sexualizing murder for your entertainment, so it has a more sophisticated point of view than many procedurals, it is well shot, well acted, a little bit of the stretch as to the foundation of the plot, but not without interest.

wow sounds good, I like TV shows that are more sophisticated and deep, but I also always like shows that are fun and far-fetched.

ION holds the rights but apparently they only air it on their cable/sat channel.
