Anyone notice their iPhone battery drains quickly?

I finally gave in to my fiance’s desire to buy some iPhones about a month ago. I do love it. I don’t think I could ever go back to a regular cell again. But I’m wondering if everyone’s battery dies as quickly as mine. I do use it an awful lot (I’m on the Internet off and on all day). But I usually have to charge it twice a day. Is that normal? Can these batteries even be replaced if they start crapping out? Any information is appreciated!
