Are the Fallout 3 DLC Packs meant to be played in a certain order? Which ones are the favorites? What are your thoughts on them? Talking about the PC version here. (unsure if that matters)
psst this is the reason for the “minimial effort” on that sterortype project haha

I don’t know if you know this but they were released in this order:
1: Operation: Anchorage
2: The Pitt
3: Broken Steel
4: Point Lookout
5: Mothership Zeta
I have Anchorage and Broken Steel. From what I understand, all of them with the exception of Broken steel transport you to a new area outside the normal realms of the Capital Wasteland. Broken Steel takes place inside the Wasteland and you continue to eradicate the Brotherhood of Steel. The other DLC packs have have different storylines from the game’s primary one. From what I’ve gathered, you can do all of the DLC packs before or after you finish the game quest, except Broken Steel. There is no order to which you have to do first though. I had more fun with Broken Steel than Operation: Anchorage but that’s just me. I also was playing on the 360.
The Pitt is based on Pittsburgh, PA, and was coded by some guys I know here, and it is extremely accurate (in it’s destruction of the place).
Also, really fuckin’ fun.
Broken steel was the best imo, I would even say it’s the must-have item of the lot. The next best was Point Lookout, followed by the Pitt. I got Operation Anchorage and it was okay, but forgettable. I didn’t bother with Mothership Zeta based on the unanymously negative reviews from all the game related sites I know..
