How do you feel about the British National Party?

Asked by OpryLeigh (25310points) October 22nd, 2009

On the whole, the BNP are probably the least popular political party in the UK although the people that do support them are pretty hardcore.

What are your opinions on the BNP and those that support them? How do you feel about their policies in general?

What do you agree or disagree with the most when it comes to the BNP and do you think they can realistically “hold their own” when it comes to the other major political parties.

For those that live in the UK, do you think the current state of the country is making more people support the BNP.

Also for those in the UK, did anyone see Question Time last night (22nd Oct)? Did it change your opinion at all on the BNP?

Yes i saw that pitiful display,
Nick Griffin what can i say, he’s no Mussolini
or Oswald Mosley or Enoch Powell. Thankfully,

calling gay men who kiss in public `creepy’
That’s rich coming from that glass eyed
twitching slug, that looked at times like it had had salt
rubbed onto it by the other panelists. Blimey he was fortunate
not to have George Galloway or Chris Hitchins on the panel.
He would have been stomped.

No i shudder to think that a thing like that
has a political seat.

However his oppinion on immigration although jingoistic
is correct insofar that a nation shouldn’t exploit immigration
for purely commercial profit, this is precisely what gives idiots
like Mr Griffin political support.

I feel nothing but contempt for the BNP but welcome their use of the public platform. Once their abhorent views are exposed to the light they will be shown for the rabble-rousing, racist idiots they are and then anybody who has/is thinking of voting for them should change their minds.
