I need to know which philosophers have personal descriptions of what a man should be like, what a gentleman should be like, as well as the traits needed to be a leader. Anyone except Confucius since i have him down already. thanks.

Is this a homework question? ‘Cuz us Flutherites aren’t keen on doing your homework for you.
This is a very confusing question, philosophy is confusing, gibberish.
@NewZen Damn you, the link doesn’t exist, got my hopes up.
In the larger sense, all philosophers depict man.
Ayn Rand depicted the ideal man in the character of Howard Roark, from The Fountainhead.

You need to know what a man should be like, what a gentleman should be like, and the traits needed to be a leader? I’d say an 8.35”-diameter cranium would do nicely. Now that’s hardly the cerebral lobe of a common criminal! Source.
Jus’ yankin your chain. But seriously, do your own homework.
Don’t they all, in some way?
Most of them. They didn’t do it in a few specific sentences, but scattered throughout their writing you will find what you are looking for. Start reading.
You are fortunate to have encountered only helpful answers so far. Sometimes people like to mislead the askers of homework questions with bad information. Far better to do your own work. It is satisfying to learn.
I am not going to do your homework for you but I can at least point you in the right direction. Find a list of the great philosophers. Pay particular attention to the Greek philosophers.
I could name a few, but, is this homework? Anyway, a step in the right direction would be to follow the advice of @LostInParadise. Greek philosophers tended to, in detail and very specifically, talk about the exact things you’re looking for.
its not that i havent done my homework, its that there is no precising definition for the “gentleman” and no other philosopher devotes as much study for it as confuscius and the only way i can relate them is through virtues and junk when i wanted precise definitions from other philosophers. gone through so many books and nothing so im taking the long way. ahaha
@kevbo Gave ya lurve for that song! Good one, and clever, too.
