What are the top 10 best games based on the open-workd concept games (preferably space sims)
As mentioned in the title, I am looking for open world based games where the world within the game continues to evolve and change regardless of your action. It’s like a simulation. If you have seen 11th floor or the Matrix, you’ll know what I mean :)
