Why doesn't fluther have time stamps?

Asked by amoreno06 (363points) October 24th, 2009

I was looking back at the cake question and it reminded me of something thought of when I first saw it…
Why doesn’t fluther put time stamps on our comments? I think it’d be good to see when some entries are old, and how old, and that kind of thing.
It has the time and date of when the question was put up, but not the answers and i was just wondering why.
darn, i just saw this question on the siblings…

@johnpowell: I was unaware of that… probably becausei often Fluther from my iPhone, which does not have those features for linking and flagging.

You can see the timestamp if you want to using the method @johnpowell mentioned.
I really like that timestamps aren’t automatically visible. Especially when dealing with older questions, that sort of thing might discourage people from answering.

@johnpowell oh cool. i’m gonna go on the old questions and try it out!
@AstroChuck who’s JackAdams? i’m only familiar with his distant cousin Samuel Adams.
