What country's good for education?

I am now gonna complete my 12 grade in C.B.S.E board. I wish to go abroad for further studies. What can be the best country suitable for the best education. I am also very clear on the fact that i will be graduating in BFA to become an interior decorater. So, ill be glad if you could help me in finding the best destination!!

I would suggest going somewhere with a vast design history, maybe France or Italy or Spain. I am not too aware of many interior decorating colleges but I figure go where what you’re studying is so prevalent. I want to be a chef, so I would like to study somewhere that has a rich cuisine in their culture like Italy or France. Somewhere like that. Just an idea, hope I was helpful.

There are many in Western Europe. You could also try India if you carefully select a university.
