Need the name of the game and system?

when you start its like a map all black except 1 small circle where it has the start of your base with like 4 tanks 2 harvesters and a few others the object is to build up your base while looking for the other base and destroying it. when your beat that area it will show different country to take over.

There are many strategy games like what you describe, and on many platforms. I think you are talking about Dune because you mention harvesters. The game is centered around collecting spice with harvesters. Command and Conquer is very close, and is easier to control your army. You also won’t need to buy a gaming system as it is for pc.
