Does Windows 7 have touch control feature?

I want answers from someone who used Windows 7.If you can give me a full review I’ll be very grateful.

We have a little HP tablet PC that we picked up. Upgraded to Windows 7 and love it.

Windows 7 supports multi-touch, not just touch. So you can use more fingers to execute gestures.

I’ve used Windows 7 but not it’s multi-touch capability.

The real question is, does it work like it’s supposed to?
