boobies!
but seriously: boobies.
@holden That’s vague.. Do you like boobies that sag?
Some particular personality/physical quirk or distinguishing feature.
A girl with dark hair and blue/green eyes oftentimes will stop me dead in my tracks.
sense of humor, physical appearance, communication skills, maturity….
Humor, blue eyes, a cute smile, and someone who has something witty to add to every conversation. Applies to both sexes.
Her name has to be V___ W____, she must live at 1__73 ____ Avenue, NYC, she must have been born on April 18, 1962, she must be blind, and she must own a dog named Jet from Seeing Eye in Morristown, N.J.. Other than that, I don’t care.
@naivete There’s no such thing as a bad boobie.
Height. I’m not very picky
Jawlines. Oh, jawlines. Nice hair, deep eyes, clean-shaven.
Sense of humor is probably the most important thing to me.
Dark hair and blue eyes always gets my attention first. I usually like tall guys, so anyone over 6ft. will definitely catch me checking him out.
every single thing. on opposite sex that is.
For males: Smelling good!! And also a confidence that allows him to opt out of stereotypical “masculinity”
For females: Quirkiness and a smart mouth (so hot)
To sum it up A good overall vibe along with a strong physical presence. I’m also very in dreads right now mmm :)
@shockrocks… I agree. I cant deal with people who dont smell good to me.. As long as it’s not Axe that they are wearing…..
She has that energy—living on the edge—willing to take risks to get what she wants— she has curves and eyes that smoulder—she wears clothes that highlight her legs, hips, breasts—she has an imagination that can come up with the most incredible fantasies—creative—maybe a writer, or dancer, or artist (I’ve had long term relationships with all three). She makes it difficult to be wearing pants.
@daloon whoa! now that’s what I call an answer! (especially the pants bit LOL)
@pdworkin Oh, you. You’re so predictable.
Okay, that was a bit vague. I’ll share an example.
Few years ago I met a woman with a cochlear implant – she was born nearly deaf. I don’t know what it was about her – she certainly was not helpless or vulnerable in any way (which I could have attributed my attraction to a “savior complex”), but rather vibrant and independent. She was beautiful… creamy caramel skin, light brown/hazel eyes, an unparalleled intellect and a smile that shone with ridiculous intensity. To say that I was near-infatuated with her would be an understatement. She was so perfect, yet so obviously flawed. But not. An amazing paradox, at ease with herself, confident, joyous… everything you could ever want in a woman, she was.
In fact, as I write this, I’m thinking to myself, “I hope you’re out there, and you’re happy. You deserve it, kid. Wish I knew you better, and was different then.”
hm.
where’s that bottle of gin
Everything, more or less.
(Does that make sense? No. Well, almost everything. Sometimes even everything. There.)
@nxknxk Everything? I dont understand.
@naivete
I guess the best word I could offer you is gestalt. The Gestalt of Boy, or something like that. The Big Picture. And so on.
Physically, the first thing I look at are his eyes. Then I look at his hands. Then, does he have a keen sense of humour? Is he kind to people? Can I talk to him on my level? Do I feel calm around him?
Forgot to say I tend to like my men a bit skinny. Well, lean, I guess, is the word. An ecto-mesomorph, as it were.
I love hands. Might have something to do with my mom collecting Praying Hand statues all my life. Mom loves hands too But when I was dating I always looked at a guys hands before anything. Gross dirty looking hands with chewed up fingernails and stuff were always a big turnoff for me. Also the standard sense of humor is important. I have an off beat sense of humor, so that was always important. Oh, and their checkbook balance never hurt! Too bad I never saw my husbands before we got married! :)
@aprilsimnel Oh I forgot about hands. I love big hands and broad shoulders. yuum
I LOVE it when guy smells good ;) (addidas moves lol), when you can see their veins in their hands and arms ooh so HOTT lol, and deep never ending eyes are a very sexy thing in a guy to me ;)
In order of decreasing importance: Face, boobs, ass.
breasts
nice body
bright eyes
symmetry
personality
I wish I was that guy that said boobs or a nice butt, but really, a girl can win me over with a beautiful smile.
Those other two things are nice to have too though ;)
Red Hair, not fake but not super dull. Not sure why, I’ve always liked red/crimson
Ahhh.. Hands!..@knitfroggy I can’t agree more. I hate long nails that are unkept..
The hands need to be manly lol
@naivete Yes, manly, but not dirty and rough. My husband has nice hands, they are big but he has stubby fingers. But they are still nice.
I like guys who are not part of the status quo, who have pretty eyes, messy hair and are intelligent. A large vocabulary, love of reading/learning, and general “sweetness” wouldn’t go amiss, either. A guy who dotes on his dog or cat gets me every time.
I’m with @shockrocks and @naivete—guy’s gotta smell nice, too (or at least, not smell noxious) to get my attention.
I like green eyes and lips. I always look at the lips. But, other than that I like it when a girl has qualities that others don’t. Ex. Plays videogames and doesn’t mind getting dirty. And she has a good sense of humor as well.
In men: intelligence, happiness, sense of humor, facial scruff, classic jeans and a tee, not all “ripped and muscely”, compassion, animal lover, strong mentally, loves a good conversation, isn’t afraid to be themselves, sense of adventure, mushy side, protective, loving, caring, a great friend, gorgeous smile, contageious laugh, great hugger, is a partner, respectful, appreciative, humble, thankful, enjoys the simple things, night-long cuddler, family-man, has goals, loves me for who I am..
Well, I guess the easier answer would have been everything that is the man laying next to me ;) -LB
I’ve been attracted to all different kinds of people, so I can’t say there’s any one defining trait that I really go for, even attractiveness. The personalities of people I’ve been attracted to are also all over the board. The two people I’ve been most head over heels for in my life couldn’t be more different. One was guarded and acerbic, with a witty sense of humor that he used to hide his insecurities. Another was warm and genuine, foolish, and uninhibited. For me to be attracted to a person, they have to have a sense of self-worth, though. And I definitely love the thrill of the chase, going after someone who is a bit of a challenge.
@XOIIO chching ;-) lol
I find just that certain style attractive… it has to be the everything about someone…the way they move, speak, listen, turn their head… I guess it is something spatial for me…something in the very fine details that make up the whole….
all his clothes smell like amouage and new leather. big hands
@J0E more like ‘big hands you’re the one’
A nice smile will get me every time. Light colored eyes.. red hair (although i’m also fond of blondes and brunettes)... fair skin (starting to drool).
Besides that, boobies, butt and the presence of a vagina since birth are a must.
Yeah, a dazzling smile wins me over, too. A sense of humor and the ability to verbally spar with me.
What holden (and the 13 other people who GA’d him) said… ;)
