What is some unspoken(/written) Fluther etiquette?

Before you ask a question, search to see if someone else has already asked it.

No personal attacks.

In general, when asking questions or writing responses, try to make Fluther the type of site that you would like to visit often, and not like all the other Q&A sites out there.

No homework questions, no txt spk, be polite in general.
If people ask you follow-up questions, answer them!
Give Lurve where Lurve is due.

It’s nice to thank those that answer your questions if they are helpful.

If you want to comment to someone and it is a bit off topic then whisper (code is below comment box)

If you want to address comments to a particular person then do it this way @Samantha_Rae (use at @ sign before typing someones name)

Generally though just be thoughtful and respectful.

There’s no way to tell who lurve comes from so they can’t tell if you’re stalking. I mean- if someone makes a great answer, don’t be afraid to let them know!
