When I’m responding to a question and I want it to be at somebody like I see others doing….how do I do that? Sorry if that sounds dumb but I can’t for the life of me figure it out!

Just do the @ sign and then type in their name (or pick it from the dropdown menu). No complicated computer code involved!
go like ”@jbfletcherfan”. There will be a drop down list & you just click on the name you want.
you type in the ”@” before using their username.
@username
I knew this was going to be one of those DUH moments! Thanks!
LOLLLLL, that’s okay. You’re welcome. :-)
No such thing as a Duh moment in my book! I still don’t know what a roll is, or what ever it is that person came off of in that other question!
When you type the @sign there is a drop down box below that shows the names of all the people who have responded in this thread. If you type in @ and the first letter of your name, it then shows only those whose name starts with that letter. It’s easiest to click and paste from there. Hint: you have start with a clear playing field. Like if you type, “I think…” and then go, “Oh! I wanna post that at someone!” and it looks like ”@someone I think” it won’t default—it won’t bring up the list at the bottom. So space away “I think” and THEN type @ and you should get your list. Or you may have to delete your beginning altogether and start over. Also, if you click on the @someone in a persons comment, it’ll take you to ”@someone’s” last comment, so you can kind of see what they were referring to.
I think a lot of us had to ask that at first. I even asked it the other way around: what does the “at” sign mean in a reply? I asked that after probably two weeks of wondering about it. Now, that is slow.
@Jeruba LOLLLLL,,,we ALL have DUH moments.
