Too little, too late.

I think the goal is a noble one.
I don’t see any problems with conserving energy, reducing waste and reducing pollution.

It’s a step in the right direction, but much more needs to be done.

Carbon credits should be put in to play immediatly. The US should (and had better) sign. There’s still about two years (that’s a very optimistic estimate) until it reaches the point where the exponential acceleration gets beyond our ability to do anything.

And then, we will get to be the first species that knowingly allowed it’s own extinction to happen and didn’t even truly try to stop it.

I honestly wish this were an exaggeration.

can someone give me a summary of what the treaty specifies?

Stay away from Copenhagen treaty. That’s a slick way to get all the nations to fall into this one world order situation. There is no reason we can’t modify waste and clean up our own country and we should. You need to read the treaty. It’s another socialistic policy.

@mtcurtis22 There is no one world order, nor is there a plan for one. Unfortunately. I for one would love to see a North American Economic Union along the lines of the EU. I would even like to see it go at least as far as the EU has gone in uniting Europe. Lets face it, we can’t compete with China. We are no longer the wold’s dominant power, they are.

A complete waste of time and money and fuel.
