Why won't my blackberry turn on?

I deleted an application off my blackberry (BuzzMe) and it warned me that the application was still running however I still chose to delete/uninstall the application from my blackberry (Options>Advanced>Applications>BuzzMe>Delete) and it told me I had to restart the phone, to which I chose to do that. The phone got to the blue bar on the bottom of the screen and then all of the sudden re-restarted again. I did a battery pull 2 minutes after this and now it has been 10 minutes and the blue bar isn’t even there. What should I do?

Download and install the Blackberry Desktop Manager software if you don’t already have it.
Connect your phone to your PC.
Install any updates for your phone.

@The_Compassionate_Heretic is right. Use DM and try installing the updates, they are coming out with a new version for the BB Curve soon. It may have already come out. If nothing else they can flash it for you at the store.
