How to install .JAD files on a blackberry.

I have an application that ends in .Jad and I have no idea how to install it on my blackberry. It is on my media card, but what do I do now (Media Card>Blackberry>Documents)

Do you have the Manager program on your computer? If not, I think you can download it from RIM
