What is a fun, creative and interesting way to present a school presentation?

Asked by reacting_acid (1181points) November 2nd, 2009

I am doing a project about endangered leatherback turtles for my school science class. It is due tomorrow and I need an idea on how to present it. Now I have been gone for two weeks and I got this assignement a few days ago. I was given sufficient time to finish the project, and I have indeed finished it (I am not a total slacker!) and now I just need an interesting way to present. Please help and thanks a million in advance! :)

What grade are you in? You could dress like a turtle (which I would find interesting, but I may just love costumes too much). Or what if you did something with candy turtles. You could start with enough for the whole class, but as you went through some of the reasons turtles are endangered, you could remove them, so when you finished your presentation, the “turtles” you’d brought with you would also be endangered.

Of course, it would only be fair if you then returned the ones that had been removed so everyone could have a snack.

I am in grade ten right now. Plus, I love your ideas :) but I have no time :( Thanks though. I might use them for other presentations!

you could do a really interesting power point thing- or you could go to graphjam and make a cool sort of chart on the habits of turtles…or a funny one

bring a live turtle and threaten to kill it in front of everyone unless they get off their asses and save the turtles NOW

I like the candy. You can buy a box at Walgreens and other drug stores and they should be open early in the morning. http://www.walgreens.com/store/catalog/Chocolates/Turtles/ID=prod3977478&navCount=1&navAction=push-product there are other brands also.
