Trying to remember the name of this series so I can prove it exists, everyone my age I ask about it doesn’t remember. It was live action, and the premis was that a cop had died and his spirit went into his police dog partner. The series picked up with the dog being sent to live with some realtives of the cop, and it was basically a normal family sitcom, except the dog could talk.

At first glance of this question you had me thinking Wishbone!, but alas it is not him you’re thinking of. I miss that show.
@nxknxk Thats it, thanks. The reviews make it sound like a real POS, but I remember I loved it. Although I was 5 years old at the time.
I’m surprised you “loved it” according to everything I’ve read it only had one test pilot episode, nothing more.
@J0E which is weird because in my memory, I remember watching multiple episodes. I can even remember plot lines, in one the dog hurt his foot and couldn’t play baseball because of it. (yeah, they had good writers.) Unless that was the pilot, or Im getting episodes of it mixed up with other early 90’s shows.
i was just asking people about this show today! i really wanted to know the name aswell so i could youtube it. and it did run for a think a whole season cause i remeber watching it, maybe on ytv (canada)
