What has been your experience upgrading to Windows 7?

I upgraded from Vista to 7 this weekend and am wondering what kind of experience others have had, good and bad. I had no problems except not being able to get my Dell printer to work initfor a while. Mine was strictly an upgrade—I did not do a clean install. By the way, I love 7.

I’m very happy with it, installed it on three computers so far (2 were running Vista, one XP) and I love the way they operate together as a network. So far no complaints. I even like the new dock, and no longer run Magic Dock, even though Magic Dock looks better.
My netbook runs XP though, and I don’t know what to put on it. Ubuntu? I hear people are having problems with Koala. Something else? Try 7?
I did a clean install – no problems.
I’ve enjoyed it. Jumped from XP to 7, and on top of how well everything seems to run I keep discovering neat features, like shaking a window to minimize everything else.
Really? Personally I find Windows 7 pretty disappointing. I actually expected a lot more out of Microsoft. All it looks like they’ve done is attempt to pretty things up a bit…but…failed miserable. Although I would have to agree that the “show desktop” button on the far bottom right is quite useful, everything else looks terrible =S. The larger icons; the gadget bar that can no longer be set as “always on top”; the horrific default start-up menu; the ever so minor changes in paint and the calculator…not exactly what you would call revolutionary.
