What are the best places to watch the sunset in Houston, TX?

I mean specifics, not just “Galveston” or “a tall building”. Give me something good like the observation deck of the Chase Building (which is out because it closes at 5:00 pm, and even on the shortest nights of the year, sunset here is around 5:30.
