Do you know somene who is overly sarcastic, is there a limit one should abide by?
I’ve been accused of being overly sarcastic, but its just my way of not taking too many things too serious…which only upset me? What’s the rule of thumb in these situations? Don’t be sarcastic! Okay a little.

It’s difficult to judge the actual meaning when you’re reading it, and can’t hear the inflection in their voice. They may be taking offense where you meant none.
<looks both ways> I think @Sarcasm will show up soon.
Yeah. There totally should be a limit to sarcasm usage. It upsets me too when people use so much.
@Sarcasm yeah okay Sarcasm, whatever.
I was gonna say I use sarcasm in uncomfortable situations but I don’t have many of them because I am an asshole and create situations where other people feel uncomfortable on purpose
I’ve met overly sarcastic people. When it becomes hard to tell a person’s real feelings and thoughts, it’s time to stop.
I think I’ve become too sarcastic for my own good . . . It impossible for me to strike up a serious conversation because Im just the quick witted friend which isnt that substantial.
Funeral sarcasm is especially bad…..my bad.
When people make an effort to be sarcastic rather than being sarcastic occasionally. All the time is tiresome, but well placed sarcasm can be priceless.
Only special people can use sarcasm without being annoying.
Geez, when’s the next question going to pop up.
I consider myself pretty and sarcastic. It is a tricky thing. You need to learn how to read people. Some people just don’t get sarcasm and it is helpful to avoid it with them. You can usually tell when you start to cross a persons line by the look on their face.
When you say “I do” on your wedding day…................ sarcastically.
sarcasm done right can be very funny. But it’s also a sure way to insult someone iif used that way.
Me. I know no limits. Someone should take action, immediately.
I like sarcasm. Some people just don’t get it though. I’m not sure if they just don’t like it, or they literally don’t understand when I’m making a joke… or both. The only time it bugs me is when I’m trying to be serious and the person I’m talking to constantly turns everything into a funny.
@johnpowell I consider you “pretty and sarcastic”, too. ;)
What is this “sarcasm” you speak of?
