Where can I find free exercise routines?

Does anyone know a good exercise programme that doesn’t involve buying weights, exercise bikes etc that I can do at home? Of course I wouldn’t mind utilising bags of rice or whatever as replacements :p
By programme I mean what sort of exercises (like push ups) could you do which doesn’t involve buying anything additional or uses just around-the-home objects?
Thanks.

Look for the videos on Sparkpeople.com. They have a personal trainer who demonstrates a number of aerobic and anaerobic exercises you can do at home or at your desk.
You can also start interval training; the only things needed for that are good workout shoes and a park to train in.
Push ups, crunches, jumping jacks, use soup cans as dumbbells for low-weight-many-reps exercises.
@Ame_Evil What is your goal? Are you trying to slim down, gain muscle, work on your cardio?
@gtreyger muscles/cardio. Am already slim enough fortunately.
If you have an “On Demand” option through your television provider, you can often find free workout programs on there. Those are really cool, too, because they change regularly so you don’t get tired of them.
Push ups, sit-ups and squats will do just fine for muscles. Some yoga will be useful as well. As far as cardio – hit the pavement running! Nothing is better for cardio (or worse for the knees :-( ) than running.
pull ups… provided you can find something to do em on. It might be worth the 10 bucks for a pull up bar though.
Use filled gallon jugs of water for weighs; use stairs for running both up and down and stretching ham strings; try balance exercises while brushing teeth. Throw a deck of cards on floor and bend over to pick them up, one by one, if your back can take it. Do ham string stretches on chair arms or kitchen counter.
Push ups, crunches, etc., will tighten you up, but your muscles will not grow much bigger. At the very least, try to get a pull-up bar or go to the park and do pull-ups on the jungle gym. Or if there’s a pedestrian traffic light nearby, you might be able to pull-up on one of those…
Remember, if you don’t challenge your muscles with a heavy weight, they won’t grow.
This site is often referred to for body weight exercises where I go.
All the equipment you’ll need for these exercises is a human body, so make sure you have one of those.
@Fyrius: I had forgotten “phantom chairs.” We used to do those before skiing. Just sit against the wall as tho’ there were a chair under you but without the chair.
I second @aprilsimnel and @ubersiren They both have suggested some excellent ways. I get mine through our medical coverage with Kaiser Permanente. They have all the information I need on line, and offer programs to go with it.
I would say body by jake or P90X. You say just whatever is lying around the house. You could just find some marine somewhere and ask him for some routines they are all over the place.
