Which month is senior prom held in the U.S.A.

General dates such as 21st – 30th would be even more helpful.

It depends on the school. I believe it is usually at the end of the school year—somewhere between March and May. My prom was in April.

If you want to know when a specific prom is, it depends entirely on the school and the school district.

Some are even as late as June. There is no specific date or even month as @EmpressPixie says.

Around the Midwest, they are usually in mid to late May.

The all-girls schools where I grew up (Louisville, KY) have their senior proms right before Christmas. Supposedly had something to do with military leave, but I’m pretty sure that’s apocryphal.

Sometime between mid-April and mid-May. It was usually done before final exams at my school so we could stop worrying about dates and dresses in time to study.

Our school always did it in June. Usually between the 10th-17th.

Ours was always mid-May.

My prom was in may on the 15th to be exact. My sister schools around me were also in may, a few possibly in April. There usually held within those two months.

Usually in April in our school district. Last year they made the mistake of scheduling it during Passover and cut out a lot of students because it was a religious holiday.

@PandoraBoxx Indeed—I’m a St. X’er myself, although I did go to SHMS for 2–6th grades.
