Do you ever "harass" celebrities on Twitter?

No, but I probably would get a reply from Graham Linehan (creator of the brilliant UK Channel 4 sitcoms Father Ted and Black Books) if I asked him questions about comedy. I’m too shy!

I told Lopez “Please tell jokes that haven’t been told a million times before.” He replies “that won’t be a problem.”

Lurve to all; George Lopez and Carlos Mencia both suck! I think I’ll start using twitter just so I can harass them.
Maybe if we all harass them and give them pointers, they wouldn’t suck so bad. Then they might be justified in having TV shows. Might, I wouldn’t count on it.

@asmonet TBS is the channel that I watch probably 90% of the time so I don’t like it when lame comedians get late night talk shows on it.

Fluthering? I’m not doing anything other than trying to understand your motivations. A far cry I think from your activities. This wasn’t meant to pick a fight, but you can take it that way if you’re really want to. I was just curious what would compel a grown man to complain about someone he’s unlikely to ever meet in two separate forums and get this upset about it. And by that I mean you’re invested enough in the behavior to get defensive and pissy about it to a stranger on the internet.

So if you’re not gonna watch it, they don’t affect your life, they’re not going to change anything about theirs and you know that… what exactly is your point?

@jsammons I actually just looked up his Wikipedia page and the latest thing is an interview he did in 2008. So, hopefully he’s doing well and may come back to the entertainment world soon.

Dave Chappelle lives on a huge farm in Ohio and says he’s not moving away. Doubt companies will come to him.

I wish he would come back, he is truly a funny and original comedian. I can listen to his stuff throughout the day and it doesn’t get any less funny. The black whit supremacist is one of my favorites.

It seems to me that changing the channel works pretty well. If Lopez doesn’t get the viewers he won’t be renewed.

Honestly, some people don’t. So, let’s just let them be. And yes, I agree that if you don’t like what you’re watching them change it! But, if you are emotional invested into something or someone, then maybe you should put in your two cents.

If you do enough harassing, you become a stalker and have interesting people following you around. Expounding your beliefs about someone’s lack of talent is one thing, but reaching out to touch them is very different.
