My friend has a band, and wants to post his songs online.
He has been using PureVolume, but it only allows him to post 4 songs, for free! Where can he go to post more than 4?

Have you tried this site?
His band prefers a more personal one! But thanks for that link.
Myspace and Sound Cloud….
I posted podcasts to iTunes- can you do that with songs too?
I think the best thing to do is read up on promoting, but i can tell you now Myspace has Artist pages and it is great for networking..
I was going to suggest TapeGerm, but that is more of a DIY music site using the loops of the artists on that site. I have a page there, but I pay $45 annually to be a supporting artist. It’s worth it, as I have about 15 of my songs posted there for anyone to listen to.
You could try Tumblr.. It only lets you upload one song per day but it would work and it is really easy to tweak the theme.
Youtube? I’m sure you’ve heard of all the overnight stars that have been made by them having stuff on there.
Youtube is one of the best places to post music. especially if he does it a alot. and your not supposed to download videos from the site but most people figure out how
I think im going to suggest Tumblr!!
I have to second @OutOfTheBlue‘s suggestion of MySpace Music. It’s pretty much de rigeur for bands to have a MySpace Music page. The primary reason for the site’s creation was music marketing
@RareDenver, Did you know your tracks only play from the left hand music player and not from the zshare.net links on the wall of the Facebook page? Also, the video only played from the URL for the YouTube page, and not the embedded player.
@RareDenver Having a listen to your tunes now, sounds good bro, lot’s of groove!!!
I like how you fuse house and breaks, that style is hot right now.. What VST’s you use?
@OutOfTheBlue I do nearly everything in Reason at the moment which doesn’t support plug-ins, it’s a bit lazy but that will change when we move house and I can get my studio set up properly, I’m currently in the corner of the living room trying to do everything through headphones while the wife watches TV, it’s not the ideal set-up.
