Where can I find after market car A/C knobs for a car?

I have a broken heater and air conditioner knob for my car and they are really ugly, where could i find a some new ones?

Depending on the car, probably the best and easiest solution would be to go to a salvage yard and find what fits. First find a car like yours, then go around and see what you like, Checking to see if they fit. when you find a match, you can either order the ones you find, or order new ones from the dealership of the vehicle you found.

Aftermarket knobs can be found at the likes of Autozone and Pep Boys.

However, any aftermarket knob is going to look worse than the original equipment knob, no matter how ugly IMO.
