Any one catching the "I survived" series on Bio Channel?

This is a seriously intense and disturbing show but it’s completely addicting. There’s a little of everything from people who survived murder attempts, accidents, hijackings to animal attacks. The one common thread is that they all lived to tell the tale. It’s a great channel and I like it better than most of these crime drama shows like City Confidential on A&E. At least it’s a reality show that’s reality. What’s the deal with these reality shows? What’s your take?
