I’d take her to the vet and have it looked at.

They sell a stop quick at pet stores for nail bleeds. Flour can be used in a pinch but it is not as effective.

Keep a close eye on it and watch for signs of infection which will require Veterinary attention.

If she has partially torn the nail, the remnant will be unstable and will cause pain and possibly bleed when she walks because it is movable. It will need to be removed by your vet.

If she’s ripped it completely off, it will dry up quickly as long as she doesn’t lick at it (it hurts, so they tend to do that). The nail will eventually regrow, although they sometimes grow back abnormally. You can use a styptic powder to stop the bleeding, but you should be aware that it stings.

To prevent this happening again in the future, be sure to keep her nails trimmed.

If the toe nail was torn completely out, I would take her to the vet. If it was just a piece of the nail then you can just use quick stop or flour to create a scab. Still, I think you should keep an eye on it and keep it clean to avoid infection.

I use styptic powder or a styptic pencil on my birds, if I ever get too close to the quick while clipping nails, but a tear sounds like it might be worth a trip to the vet just to make sure.

We had to put a dog boot on our dog’s foot when he did that. I got it at the pet store.
