Where can I find someone who can design a Flash banner involving actionscripting?
We have inhouse designers that can do regular flash banners, but I am looking for someone (freelance or a design firm) that can handle complex flash banners. Like the ones that Expand when you rollover and/or click on them. Or the ones that kind of take over a site temporarily and play the ad.
