What format does a Samsung Eternity play video in?

I probably just need my own computer and some software. I try and download video clips and it says the format is unsupported.

MP3, MP4/AAC, MP4/AMR, M4A, 3GP/AMR, 3GP/ACC, WMA, MID are the supported file types.

So pretty much anything from you torrent (.avi) or youtube (flv) will not work without being converted first. Luckily converting to mp4 is really easy.
