How to resize different movie formats in Adobe Premiere CS3?

I have flip videos which don’t need resizing, but if I try to add quicktime movies from my camera, they show up small in the program window, and when I try to fit it to the screen (ie. 75%, it becomes distorted). Is there an easy way to resize?

I’m not an Adobe user, but if your movie is distorted when you enlarge it that probably means the quality/size is bad? You can’t enlarge shitty video without it looking shitty…
