Have you tried brain yoga?
For about the past month, I’ve been doing brain yoga exercises using the following technique:
* Reaching across chest, squeeze right earlobe with left thumb and index finger.
* Reaching aross left arm, squeeze left earlobe with right thumb and index finger.
* Place tongue on palate.
* Do 20 squats.
Has anyone else tried doing this exercise? If so, what kinds of results have you had?
