What classical song am I thinking of?
I’ve try and describe the music the best I can. It sounds like the type of music played in America in the midwest in a bar. I think it’s american, I think it’s a vell know song for its time.

I can’t think of any classical music that would be played in a bar in the Midwest (or any bar in America). What era is it from? Is it upbeat? Is it piano music or is it an orchestra? More info please!
Not enough info to even venture a guess. Sorry.
You said, “for it’s time,” What “time” would that be?
@MacBean ; Wow, with the limited information, that is a good guess. I hope you’re right.
@Judi: I’ll feel pretty awesome if I am. To me, it’s the quintessential classic old-time barroom-sounding piece. It’s also the first thing I learned to play with two hands on the piano. :D
I always think about the ‘wah waah waaahhh’ song
It was a first timer. I hope they come back and tell us if you’re right. @MacBean ; you should go on Jeopardy!
Thanks guys, it was the maple leaf song.
Now I’m well miffed!
I submitted the question “If I said ‘yoko jakamoko toto’ would you know what I was talking about?’ and I got moderated!
Well peaved!.........:-p
