Have any corporate christmas party game ideas?
Our company Christmas party is coming up and we like doing games (bean bag toss/bocci ball/corn-hole… my boss normally gives out some swank prizes, so we all LOVE the games). This year we want to mix it up a little – so does anyone happen to have any ideas of other similarly basic games that are relatively fun for adults? I’m all ears :)

Have everyone write down the most ass-kissy statement they can think of. Fold the paper and throw it in a hat. Read them off one by one without telling who wrote each and then have everyone vote on which is the stand out. The winner receives the prize. Honorable mention goes to the statement that the boss likes the best.
P.S. I’ll bet someone from marketing wins.
Reenact your favorite scenes from Office Space.
Musical chairs is still fun.
Pin the tail on the Jackass (boss). ~
(I kid. My boss is awesome. Yours? Not so much, maybe).
We do a “white elephant exchange”. Everyone wraps up that awful, awful gift that Aunt Edna gave them last year. Then they pull a number out of the hat. Number one picks a gift and opens it. Number two can pick a gift, or steal number one’s gift. If number one’s gift gets stolen, number one gets to pick again. And on down the line.
It’s great fun, because people can create alliances and it sometimes gets pretty heated. Then at the end, we usually have a prize for the person that brought in the most God-awful item.
@syz: Do you ever watch The Office? They did that in one episode at their Christmas party… epic.
@poofandmook I can’t get in to The Office. I watched the first few episodes and just thought he was a dick.
My company had a Wii Bowling tournament at our Associate Appreciation party a couple months ago. That seemed to go over pretty well.
At our Holiday party we do a Yankee Swap instead of Secret Santa. (Wikipedia informs me this is also known as a White Elephant Exchange)
Yeah, can’t do anything like a white elephant because we have non-employees (senators, mayors, etc) attending as well…. but I do agree, the game is a blast. Oh and @syz I agree- I watched the first season and just couldn’t get into it. There are funny parts, but otherwise I just got a little irritated (much like the humor on family guy… though I did used to like that one in the beginning)
